   Group of Ottawa 

Who are we? Parents and Professionals caring for persons of all ages affected by alcohol before birth. We have monthly meetings (October to June) at CITIZEN ADVOCACY on the first WEDNESDAY of the month at 7:00 p.m..


Where: CITIZEN ADVOCACY boardroom, 312 Parkdale Avenue, with free parking in the evening.


Next Meeting: April 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.  


Topic: "Police Dealing With Invisible Disabilities and FASD" with Jamie Dunlap of the Ottawa Police. He has been involved in setting up the Vulnerable Persons Registry for the Ottawa Police and is a member of the Autism Ontario, Ottawa Chapter Leadership Council.

Mommy Mocktails

Join in on the FASD Awareness Campaign and fundraising initiative in support of Citizen Advocacy's Fetal Alcohol Resource Program (FARP), with support of the FASD Coalition of Ottawa. Participating restaurants will be selling mocktails from September 1-11th. The plan is to also bring awareness to International FASD Awareness Day, which is marked every year on September 9th.
